Founder's Story

When Gulistan Fatima arrived in the U.S. as an immigrant — knowing no one, with no family to lean on — she felt like an uprooted tree. But she didn’t just survive; she blossomed.

With grit, grace, and an unwavering belief in growth, she built a thriving career in IT and turned this once-foreign land into her karm bhoomi — a place of purpose, action, and legacy.

Over the past 15+ years, Gulistan has led Agile transformations in enterprise environments with passion and precision. As a Scrum Master and IT leader, she’s known not only for delivering results — like 30% velocity boosts at TransUnion and Scrum implementation at Reyes Beverage — but for how she delivers them: with empathy, clarity, and human connection.

She’s coached teams through uncertainty, empowered mid-career professionals to rediscover their spark, and made Agile less about frameworks — and more about people.
